Terms & Conditions

In this document “Live Breathe Yoga”, “Hannah Taylor”, “Hannah” and “she/her” are the same acting body. “Yoga class” and “class” include online/in-person live/pre-recorded classes, events and workshops. “I”, “you” and “your” refers to the individual yoga student. By attending or watching a Live Breathe Yoga class or excerpt thereof you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Hannah Taylor provides yoga instruction on social media, in classes and workshops (online, in-person, group and privately).

 

Understanding:

You confirm that in participating in the yoga classes or any other programmes offered by Live Breathe Yoga you will receive information and instruction about yoga postures, meditation or pranayama. 

You recognise that exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. You are fully aware and accept the risks and hazards involved.

 

Booking & Cancellation:

All live classes are to be booked in advance through www.livebreathe-yoga.com or organised via email (hannah.livebreatheyoga@gmail.com). This is to ensure Hannah Taylor is aware of numbers, participants and plan classes accordingly. 
 

In-person classes have limited capacity. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

No cash will be taken for classes.

For cancellation within 24 hours of the class commencement, you will be charged the full amount paid for the session. No refunds are available.

​

For cancellation up to 24 hours of the class commencement, you will receive a full refund or exchange of class.

​

Hannah Taylor is not responsible for any expenses or damages you incur as a result of cancellation. These may include but are not limited to travel costs, preparation costs or the purchase of equipment or clothing.

Occasionally and due to unforeseen circumstances, Hannah Taylor may need to cancel a class. In this instance, you will be given a full refund, but no further expenses or compensation can be claimed from Hannah.

 

Arrival and Class Duration:

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class. This enables the instructor to set the room up before the session begins.

Verbal or physical aggression will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave with no refund. Hannah may also choose to exclude you from any classes moving forward. This decision is final and there is no right of appeal.

Damages as a result of weather, wildlife, or uncontrollable acts of God during a class or event held by Hannah Taylor cannot be claimed through her. 

 

Health & Wellbeing:  

You are responsible for declaring any injury/injuries or medical conditions which could affect your practice. Private medical information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to participating in classes offered by Live Breathe Yoga.

You agree to follow medical expert advice regarding any conditions which would prevent your full participation in yoga classes.

​

Hannah Taylor is not a medical professional and can offer no medical advice or diagnosis. If you have a health condition, you will be expected to manage this through doctor’s advice. 

​

When practising, you will be expected to take breaks as you need and practice safely. If you experience any pain or discomfort you should stop and seek qualified medical advice. 

​

You are fully in charge of your own health and will manage this accordingly. You must agree to honour your body by adjusting your practice to your own capabilities and needs. 

​

Hannah will always ask if students would like hands on adjustment during the class. It is your responsibility to let her know if you do not want this.

 

Health & Safety instructions:

When practising from home, you accept full responsibility for your space and the health and safety precautions within it. 

​

You must have a suitable space large enough to practise yoga and remove any trip hazards or obstacles.

You must have a non-slip yoga mat.

​

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and practice yoga barefoot.

​

Follow the safety instructions and guidelines given by Hannah and select the practice levels and posture variations suitable for you and your current physical and mental condition.

​

Before you start your yoga practice you should inform your teacher about any health issues, injuries or if you are pregnant.

 

Electronic Devices:

Phones must be turned off during class and left in the cloak room. In exceptional circumstances if you need your phone with you to take an urgent call, please speak with Hannah before class, keep the phone on vibrate/silent and wait until you are outside the room to speak so as to not interrupt the class.

 

Photography:

Photographs and videos of the session may be taken by the instructor and used on social media platforms. If you are uncomfortable with this, please speak to Hannah.

Whilst practising in live classes online, you understand that with your camera on, you are visible to Hannah and other attendees in the online space.

 

Waiver:

I acknowledge and agree that all classes are carried out at my election and at my own risk. It is my responsibility to ensure that by participating in a yoga class I will not exceed my limits while performing such activity and that I will select an appropriate level of difficulty for my own personal skill, ability and condition.

I hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with yoga classes organised by Live Breathe Yoga.

​

I confirm that Hannah Taylor is not responsible for any injuries I may experience as a consequence of the use of or interaction with material connected to the Live Breathe Yoga website (insert website here) or social media (Instagram: @livebreatheyoga_ and YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LiveBreatheYoga).

​

I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Hannah Taylor for injury or damages I may sustain as a result of participating in physical or online yoga classes. 

 

Privacy notice:

All personal information is gathered for the sole purpose of registration and contact relating to yoga classes with Live Breathe Yoga.

At any point you may request to see, alter, rectify, file a complaint or request the deletion of your information.

​

I have read, understood and agree to the terms of this disclaimer, agreement of release and waiver of liability form and I confirm that I fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.
